1 Introduction

Welcome to PPK365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and PPK365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the PPK365 website, mobile application and all associated gaming and betting services.

PPK365 is an online entertainment platform providing Casino games, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo and related services to adult players. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a PPK365 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended PPK365 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms through a self-exclusion arrangement that covers PPK365.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

During registration you will be asked to provide personal details including your full name, date of birth, contact information and preferred payment method. You must ensure all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. PPK365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in your account being restricted or closed.

PPK365 operates a strict one account per person, per household and per device policy. If multiple accounts are detected from the same individual, household or device, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation. This policy applies regardless of whether the accounts were registered with different personal details.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your PPK365 account is registered, you are entirely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. This includes bets placed, games played, deposits made and bonuses claimed. PPK365 will treat any activity conducted using your login credentials as authorised by you.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else without your authorisation, you must notify PPK365 support immediately. Until you report an unauthorised access, you remain responsible for all account activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal details on your account remain accurate and current. If your contact details, preferred payment method or other registered information changes, please update your account as soon as possible. PPK365 cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payment issues resulting from outdated account information.

• Do not use your PPK365 account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Do not attempt to transfer funds between PPK365 accounts.
• Do not allow third parties to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Do not use any automated software, bot or script to interact with the platform.

PPK365 reserves the right to carry out identity and account verification checks at any time. You agree to cooperate with these checks promptly. Delays or refusals in completing verification may result in your account being suspended until the process is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on PPK365 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available methods and their specific limits will be displayed in your account's cashier section.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your PPK365 account within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. PPK365 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider beforehand.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by PPK365 within a reasonable timeframe. The speed of the transfer to your chosen payment method depends on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed faster than bank transfers. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have used to make a deposit, or that has been verified as belonging to you.

• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete on your account.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• PPK365 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• PPK365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

If you have received a bonus on your account that has not yet met the wagering requirements, withdrawal of your real money balance may still be permitted, but the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited if you withdraw before completing the wagering requirements. The exact rules for each bonus are detailed in the specific promotion terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PPK365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and event promotions tied to Cricket matches, PSL fixtures and other sporting events. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions as published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.

The following general rules apply to all PPK365 bonuses unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for wagering are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Opt-In Required: Most bonuses require you to actively opt in before or at the time of deposit. Bonuses cannot be applied retrospectively to deposits made before opting in.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on your account, placing bets above the maximum bet limit specified in the bonus terms may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse & Exploitation: PPK365 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

PPK365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use on an account. Always read the full terms of any promotion before opting in, as the specific requirements vary between offers.

6 Gaming Rules

All Casino and Live Casino games available on PPK365 are operated according to the rules displayed within each game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before playing. PPK365 does not accept disputes arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

Casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the game's software provider. Live Casino games use physical outcomes — real cards, real roulette wheels — overseen by trained studio staff. The outcomes of all games are final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the game system.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Game results displayed on the PPK365 platform are based on the game server records. In the event of any discrepancy between what appears on your screen and the game server record, the server record takes precedence.
• Bets placed during a network interruption on your end will still stand if the game server has confirmed receipt of the bet. PPK365 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side.
• PPK365 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time without notice.

The Game Lobby on PPK365 contains titles from multiple established software providers. Game availability, RTP (Return to Player) percentages and volatility information may be displayed within individual game interfaces where provided by the game supplier. PPK365 does not modify game RTPs — they are set by the software provider and remain fixed.

7 Sports Betting

The PPK365 Sports section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international fixtures, Football, Esports and other sporting events. Odds are displayed in the format shown in the Sports section and are subject to change up until the market is suspended prior to the relevant event.

The following rules apply to all Sports bets placed on PPK365:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from the PPK365 system. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid, regardless of the displayed odds at the time of attempted placement.
• Odds Changes: Odds can change between you viewing them and your bet being confirmed. If the odds change before confirmation, you may be offered the new odds or your bet may be returned depending on platform settings.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of PPK365 during live events. Markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension remain valid.
• Voided Bets: If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling window, or abandoned, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules are applied per event type.
• Match Result vs Official Result: All bet settlements are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan Cricket Board events). PPK365 will settle bets according to official results, even if these are announced after an initial on-field result.
• Maximum Payout: Sports bets are subject to maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and in the Sports terms section.

PPK365 reserves the right to void any bet or restrict any player's access to Sports betting if there is evidence of suspicious activity, use of insider information, match manipulation or any other form of integrity breach. Decisions on bet integrity made by PPK365 are final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PPK365. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using false, stolen or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script or exploit to interact with casino games, the sports betting engine or any other part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games or any other game format where such collusion would affect the outcome.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or display bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Deliberately structuring deposits or withdrawals to circumvent payment processing limits.
• Using the PPK365 platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Abusing bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, bonus trading between accounts, or any pattern of play identified as bonus abuse.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing PPK365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

PPK365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or abuse as described in Section 8.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, at a player's request), the real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements have been met.

You may request the closure of your own PPK365 account at any time by contacting customer support. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, our team can assist you with setting a self-exclusion period rather than a permanent closure if that better suits your situation.

10 Responsible Gaming

• PPK365's total liability to any player in any given month is limited to the net deposits made by that player during that month, excluding any bonus funds.
• PPK365 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits PPK365's liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct by PPK365 itself.

12 Privacy & Data

PPK365 collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process payments, carry out verification, provide customer support and comply with applicable obligations. By registering an account, you consent to PPK365 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw certain consents at any time, but doing so may affect our ability to maintain your account or process transactions. 13 Changes to These Terms

PPK365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
